Release Of Liability - Our release of liability document
would be used any time there is a current and existing claim between two parties and the person who is liable, is being released from any further claims.
An example of this would be an accident where a driver of a vehicle hits a person on a bicycle. The two parties agree that the driver of the vehicle
will pay the rider of the bicycle $150 per month for five years for damages. After three years, the rider of the bicycle has fully recovered and feels
that she does not need any further compensation, therefore releases the driver of the vehicle from any further liability.

Waiver Of Liability - The waiver of liability document
would be used any time you want to prevent a claim from being made as a result of an injury to someone using your facilities or participating in an event
that you are hosting. This document is a preemptive measure taken by people who have facilities that could potentially cause harm to other individuals using them. An example
of this would an individual that owns a swimming pool and is hosting a pool party. The guests of the party would need to sign a waiver of liability
in order to utilize the pool. This way, if someone is harmed during the event, they have waived their rights to a law suit and can not sue you for their becoming
injured. There are situations however that can not be waived, for example: someone becoming injured as a result of your negligence.

Parental Waiver Of Liability - The parental waiver of liability
document would be used any time you want to prevent a claim from being made as a result of an injury to a minor child using your facilities or participating in
an event that you are hosting. This document is a preemptive measure taken by people who have facilities that could potentially cause harm to minor children using them. An
example of this would be a family hosting a birthday party with trampolines for the children to use. The guests of the party would need to have their parents
sign a parental waiver of liability in order to utilize the trampolines. This way, if one of the children is injured, their parents have waived their rights
to a law suit and can not sue you for their child becoming injured. There are situations however that can not be waived,
for example: a child becoming injured as a result of your negligence.
